In June of 2013 we launched the Miller Lite Latino Crest Creator to promote our sponsorship of the Gold Cup. We wanted to tap into the passion that fans have for their national teams beyond just putting our logo on a few Gold Cup media placements.

Our idea allowed fans to create their own crest through our rich media placements on Univision, which was broadcasting and live streaming the tournament.

Leading up to and during the 3 week tournament our fans created almost 2000 custom designed crests and shared them via social media. We delivered consumer value and brand awareness by connecting with our critical latino consumer through our shared passion for fùtbol.
